Within 24 hours from the time the Facebook account is purchased on the system, customers are entitled to a warranty in the following cases:
Unable to log in for the first time (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong two-factor authentication code).
The account has previous advertising restrictions.
The account has been previously disabled due to violations of personal advertising policies.
Within 24 hours from the time the BM link is purchased on the system, customers are entitled to a warranty in the following cases:
Unable to access the invited BM link (Link error, Link expired).
BM is restricted from advertising (Warranty is only valid if the BM has not been used within 24 hours after purchase).
BM has an advertising account that was previously disabled (BM live - Advertising account was disabled before purchase). (*) For Business Verified BM: 1-to-1 warranty if the green tick disappears within 3 days from the date of BM purchase on the system (Applicable if BM does not violate the terms stated in the warranty disclaimer).
Customers are not eligible for a Facebook account warranty in the following cases:
The account is tested by creating ads, adding a payment method, adding BM, adding a personal Facebook account, registering BM, etc.
The account is restricted from advertising due to performing actions such as creating ads, adding a payment method, adding BM, adding a personal Facebook account, registering BM, etc.
The account has been disabled due to personal ad account creation, adding a payment method, adding BM, adding a personal Facebook account, registering BM, etc.
The account is checkpointed after login or after changing account information (Includes all types of checkpoints, as accounts are always live-checked before purchase).
The account threshold is reduced after adding a card or changing the time zone, currency.
The account has BM that is restricted from advertising.
The account's location does not match the registered country (The system verifies country based on name, hometown, friends, and account currency. If the location does not match the description, the warranty will not be covered as location is based on IP address).
Customers are not eligible for BM warranty in the following cases:
BM has had its information changed (Business name, BM info, etc.).
BM no longer has website administrators.
BM has created ads (Including draft ads).
BM has had a payment method added by the customer.
BM has had an advertising account created by the customer.
BM invitation link is faulty due to the customer not accessing permissions within 24 hours of purchase.
BM has created Pixel or received Pixel from another BM.
BM was verified using a temporary email service.
BM’s spending threshold has been reduced, Advertising account currency has been changed in BM.
For Business Verified BM, the warranty is valid for only 3 days. If lost after this period, it will not be covered under warranty. The common causes are policy violations, suspicious payment activities, or using an untrusted IP address. (*) Within 24 hours of purchasing BM: If BM is restricted from advertising or the advertising account is disabled, do not attempt to appeal BM (or the ad account). If an appeal has been submitted, that BM will no longer be covered under warranty.
