WARRANTY - FACEBOOK ACCOUNT ✔️
Within 24 hours from the time the Facebook account is purchased on the system, customers are entitled to warranty in the following cases: 1. First-time login failure (Wrong UID, wrong password, wrong two-factor authentication code) 2. Account with previous advertising restrictions 3. Account has been previously disabled for personal advertising
WARRANTY - BUSINESS MANAGER ✔️
Within 24 hours since the BM Link is purchased on the system, customers have the right to warranty in the following cases: 1. Invited BM Link cannot be accessed (Link error, Link expired) 2. BM is restricted from advertising (BM die - Unable to create advertising account) 3. BM has advertising account disabled (BM live - Advertising account die) (*) For Business Verification BM: 1-to-1 warranty if the green tick is missing within 3 days from the date of BM purchase on the system (This is accepted if the BM does not violate the terms from the disclaimer of warranty side note)

Customers are not warranted for their Facebook account in the following cases: 1. Your account is checked by creating Ads, Adding payment method, Adding BM, Adding personal Facebook account, registering BM... 2. Your account is restricted from advertising by creating Ads, Adding payment method, Adding BM, Adding personal Facebook account, registering BM... 3. Your account has been disabled by you for personal advertising accounts by creating Ads, Adding payment method, Adding BM, Adding personal Facebook account, registering BM... 4. Account is checked after login or changing account information (Including all checkpoints, as accounts are always live-checked before your purchase) 5. Account threshold is reduced after adding a card or changing time zone, currency 6. Accounts Have BM are restricted from advertising 7. The account Location does not match the account's country ( Our system scans accounts based on country by examining name, hometown, friends, and account currency. If the account's location does not match the description, it will not be covered under warranty, as the location is based on the IP address.)
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER - BUSINESS MANAGER ❌
1. BM that you created Ads (Including drafts) 2. BM has added payment information by you (Adding Payment Method) 3. BM has created an advertising account by you 4. BM invitation link is faulty due to your inability to access permissions after 24H of purchase. 5. BM has created Pixel by you or received Pixel from another BM 6. BM verified by temporary mail service (Mail10m,...) 7. BM's threshold dropped 8. Change advertising account currency in BM 9. For Business Verification BM, we only support warranty for 3 days. If lost after this time, we do not support warranty. This is very normal. The cause is that your product or service violates the policy or there is suspicion in payment and use of untrusted IP address. (*) Within 24 hours of soaking BM: If BM is restricted from advertising or the Advertising Account is disabled, absolutely do not arbitrarily resist BM (Advertising Account). If you have pressed resistance, then that BM will not be covered under warranty.
